Health, safety, and environment is extremely important for Maritim Consult and we prioritise in this order:

• Equipment second

In our everyday work this means that we:

• Stop work if there is any danger. All employees have the possibility and duty to stop unsafe work.

• Assess risks to prevent HSE accidents.

• Conduct or participate in toolbox meetings and safety walks.

• Plan work before we start and keep things in order.

• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and employees regarding HSE.

• Always know our responsibilities e.g., that on board a hired ship the captain rules and we supervise.

• Involve employees all the way from preparing sales offers to delivering the buoys, as we believe that this gives the best quality, safety, and job satisfaction.
